with all due respect, the "humanitarian" policies you advocate will only serve to exacerbate the current imbalances, not correct them. the world (and the US) is testing the limits of resource availability due to exponential population growth and artificial hindrance of natural population attrition.
for too long the world has turned a blind eye to what is unfortunate but necessary - the culling of the population and preservation of the fittest for human advancement.
