I like the Great Philippine, eagle it's the only eagle specie with blue-gray eyes and bill.

for me it's the best! coz' it's one of the rarest, largest and most powerful eagles perhaps it's the most regal among the living eagles.

@TheShapeshifter86 - You cannot really compare these eagles from one another in terms of size or weight as they evolved differently in the ecosystem they live in; each are adapted the way they need to be because the one living in a very cold environment cannot live in a hot or humid places like the rainfoests.viceversa.

There are no consensus in determining the largest or biggest eagle in the world! IT DEPENDS how you define the meaning of Largest? or what u r looking Largest in size or weight?

@zethaw Stellers Sea Eagle has the longest wingspan of all the Eagles, and it is the heaviest.

The Philippine and the Harpy has longer bodies and broader wings.

This facts are well established.

(known as the BIG 3) because there are no concensus among ornithologist and experts .of which parameters is to use in determining the Largest or Biggest eagle in the world as these eagle varies in size, length or weight and wingspan and also they evolved differently from each other; others live in rain-forest and some in cold environment.

No, "dude", this is a fact! The Stellers Sea Eagle is the biggest species of Eagle when it comes to wingspan and weight, at about 3 meters and 9 kg.

Yes the Philippine has a longer body and broader wings, but that doesnt say "Biggest" to me.

WRONG dude!!! The Steller sea eagle is the heaviest eagle in the world averaging 15-20 lbs a large wild female gorge with slmon was recorded at 28 lb.

and It also depends on How u appreciate the meaning of LARGEST or HEAVIEST the Philippine eagle is the largest in size or physical dimensions meaning tallest, longest with the largest wing-suface area among all the living eagles together with the Harpy eagle considered as the largest and most powerful eagle on Earth!.

The Stellers Sea Eagle is without any doubt the worlds biggest species of eagle, with a wingspan of around 3 meters. A truly impressive bird, and my favourite among the birds of prey.
