Not high on my list of DS9 episodes. Shame this had to be her last episode.

@Kyronea And of course he can't just cheat and make her go with him anyway, because that would ruin the whole point. To me his reaction makes perfect sense. Unfortunately it's never explained in the episode, which certainly impacts the episode negatively.

In regards to why Q is clingy on Vash...I have a possible explanation. Q is an immortal being. For him, times that would seem endless to a mortal like us pass in relative seconds, so two years is barely enough time to blink to this guy. Vash is new, different, interesting, all highly valuable to an immortal being, especially with what we see in the first Voyager Q episode. So that may be why he clings to Vash, because she comes as goes so fast he doesn't want it to be over yet.

I LOVE how Cisco just punches Q in the face, and Q is honestly surprised. An omnipotent being is surprised...
