  • wow bro you could have save allot more sanding if you used a bondo shaper blade befor it completly dries to take some of those rough edges out

  • @Smokerzonly530

Ya, I'll be the first to say my plasticwork is not as good as many.. I try and chop it down with some 80 when its tacked, never really got on with the grater.

  • Like the Taylor Swift music in the background at 8:30

  • @86MCSSDRIFTER

Lmao, I love taylor swift.... jk, had the country station on....more of a garth brooks fan.

  • HEY jIM ! i gotta quick question how do you like those 3m da's ? how do you like the dust collector bag ? it seems like it would be awkward having that bag up on the da like that, i am thinking of buying one... thank you in advance and keep up the good work buddy

  • I really like it, the purple 3M paper is awesome too.

  • hmmm you should really be priming the bare steel prior to filling unless you want moisture to lift where the filler is in about 2 years time or dont really like the cars owner...

  • what brand of filler is that yellow stuff?

  • @foxybrown2 yeah thats why you use a bondo shaper not an actual cheese grater.. lol jk just pulling your leg.

  • do not use a cheese grater they suck

  • My shop uses a different kind of vaccuum DA then that... that one looks as if it gets too far in the way.. then again everyone has their own way of doing things in collision repair. And i'm a rookie kinda :p

  • plz help if i have a large dent most will pull out will repair the rest with filler bondo

how long does this last should i have it done a diff way or is this the best thanx

  • good work but that tailgate will be dented again in approximately 3.832 days

  • @jimmo4life i dont like a cheese file either. use the "window" scratch the bondo with your finger nails, once the filler is tacky to the touch but doesnt clump under your nails block it with 40 grit, then 80 then 120 then 180. but dude, buy a stud welder, those dents would have come out beautifuly, all you would have needed would be glaze putty.

  • Thanks , I'm a rookie and I'm greatful to you for sharing this info, I have paid many shops lot of money and it nice to know I can do it my self since I have kids now and a low budgit

  • Ive learned a lot watching your videos, thanks for the uploads.
