  • @leopoldvs dont get me wrong, you do use your arms when doing them, so your biceps would hurt the next day. but there are a lot of people who do weights and bicep curls in the gym and cannot do a single pullup because their lats are weak. but you are correct to say that if your arms are weak you will be unable to do thid excercise.
