Don't judge all Petsmart stores by how one mistreats an animal. Bring the problem to the Pet Care department's attention or a manager. Petsmart employees are more than happy to stop what they are doing to stop the suffering of any animal. I work for Petsmart and we take damn good care of our animals!

@mugglewitch true the petsmart around my house takes good care of there animals and i ADOPTED a guinea pig that is healthy and happy. people say you buy animals in petstores and adopt at adoption centers but around my house the petsmart made my mum fill out and adoption form and either way you are BUYING WHEN YOU PAY MONEY!!!! so petsmart is fine in fact this is what my gp has to say about how good they are!...uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu­u....sorry he sat on the u key instead of moving around.
