Just upgraded my 2x4 to a 2x5 C&C cage with a divided kitchen area. Trying to keep the hay contained to one area of the cage!
The cage was really cheap. $11.99 for the grids at bed bath & beyond with a 20% of mailer coupon. It was $20 for a 4ft by 8ft sheet of coroplast, which is the white part that makes the bottom/sides of the cage.
I wash/change the fleece bedding every other day and it works perfect. So much nicer then aspen or other messy bedding!
I will be adding a second story soon, and I'll make a video when I do.

  • Your piggies are very cute! I like their long pretty fur! That cage is very nice! They look very happy with all the room to run around! Thanks for sharing this video!

  • @addyrain Thanks!!

  • what do u use to hold up the cage off the ground?

  • @xXSquealingPigsXx A banquet table. Fits perfectly.

  • your cage is so clean and tidy~ I use newspaper for my piggies, and the cage is always wet and full of poo.. I've been cracking my head on how to keep the cage "clean"

  • @AbyNicole I just do daily cleanups and I changed out the fleece/towels very often.

  • ur pigs are so beautiful! :) Cheers to piggies. anyway, what do u use underneath the fleeces?? and how often do u wash ur fleeces?

  • i would just skip fleece, just towels are less washing

  • thank you for posting this. i've been looking every where to buy some grids instead of a c&c cage, although the c&c cages are very nice but expensive to ship to canada. i tried linens n things and found it was quite expensive. bed and things = much better prices ! yayyyy. thank ya thank ya !

  • @AbyNicole I use fleece, but I scoop out their poos everytime, I see them, I don't let it build up, I think that's gross, when people do that.

  • Nice cage and cute piggss

  • @bluehorse712 this woman seems so happy and all you care about animals. humans are the top of the list so dont get mad at somebody for how they kepp their cage! this isn't animal abuse!
