Looking at the cylinder, I think it has a bore diameter of 2.5 cm. The area comes upto 4.9cm^2 round up to 5. So if we use a 205 bar or 205 kgcm^2 pump, then we can get a force of 5 * 205 =1025 Kg which is = 1 ton force.
To get a 2 ton force out of it would mean to use a higher Bar pump and line system which can be costly!
