I don't know why, but I always feel like I have a lump in me whenever this is played. Like I can't do anything but stop and appreciate the beauty of this piece. I hope that Marty O'Donnell will continue with his brilliance throughout 343's Halo games.

343i haven't released a game of their own yet. And they're going by the core gameplay halo ce had with like thousands of improvements. Don't judge them. Yet.
And reach wasn't that bad. Wars was okay and odst was badass.

The memories...landing on halo,fighting the flood,jumping on a scarab for the first time,breaking quarantine,leading a civil war,avenging a betrayal,fighting for survival,loosing a friend,charging the citadel,fighting against the odds with nothing but luck,delving into the depths to keep a promise,and now resting awaiting rescue it is finished.....finally.
