In 1987 in Montréal Québec, we had a huge flood in an underground tunnel.The Montreal Fire Dept, had several Kenworth style trucks made by Thibault and while they were pumping the water out of that tunnel, the motors start to overheat and the chief told the firefighters to get the old Mack pumpers to get the job done.At the scene, those old Mack pumpers required only oil once in a while.Today we have beautifull fire trucks, but would they stand a non-stop around the clock pumping?

Any progress on this truck's restoration?

I remember this rig from growing up in Oreland and seeing it in the parades and whenever Wyndmoor assisted in Oreland. It's great that you got it back.

I was a member of Wyndmoor Hose briefly in the late seventies. At that time they had Mack CFs.

i can't belive it my dad said they were looking for a rescue truck like it for their aniversery and they found one and in ohio and they looked and they found out it was their truck
