Movie would be good, get the crew to come across fushal, the cat world the arc ship founded (the one that didnt crash) , throw in some simulants some gelfs, howard moon as a prophetic rimmer alternate, an impending disater that the religious cats are unable to thwart, and conclude with a collision in space and time that starts the universe afresh.

So what? This video is simply a failed director's opinion on a successful series. Not everyone like RD. Who cares? If the movie judge ever got one of his scripts made into a movie, he wouldn't be releasing this "critique".

i agree hollywood needs to keep their hands off. the last i heard they were in talks with one director, not sure who soz but that directer wanted to replace the entire cast which they said no way too and stormed out. this may have been just a romour, i'm not sure but. i will say if a movie does happen i would want the original cast and no cg ships. i know its nit picking but i just dont think it would look right without models.
