Well it appears that I can't link my critique here, so I'll just kinda summarize here. If you wanna see the whole thing, it's on Smashboards, Regional Zones, Atlantic South, NC Melee Power Rankings, Page 317.
I agree with Blur, Moo definitely has some good points, you're just too good PP.
Moo, I would recommend don't side b as much, do more DD, try not to get caught into PP's super good pressure game.
Try to go for finishing combos you start, and try to get some more grabs.
