Concerns over the proposed reforms of Hugo Chavez, the Venezuelan president, have left some traditional Chavez voters uncertain whether to back him this time.

@pedrito4040 Listen, I'm saying that their premise was wrong. I wasn't saying that the elections were particularly fair. Even though I think he won fairly. It shouldn't come as a surprise when a populist leader from a background similar to the large majority of the electorate wins an election. The other option of government in that country only represents a minority. Weather you like him or not, there is much worse (incl Castro).
