We need to hold these leaders accountable and remove them, sentence them and rebuild societal ethics. Why is Obama appointing rich people who do not pay their taxes and simultaneously taxing the same group? Something's not right? Something has not "changed."

Friend, I don't think the answer will be one single project for the world... i think corruption is a deep seed imbedded in the very soul of humanity... but if I had to advocate something, I'd say "programs that inspire more community are ALWAYS beneficial."

Ahhhhhh! This makes me so mad.

"Special Interests" (Banks/Corps) will drive up costs/taxes/deficits/interest for their own well being and screw over the working American, STOP feeding into the political/military machine people! Once in office these candidates fall victim to the control of these banks and corporations.

Excellent! I believe power and corruption are as you say, "married" or as I like to say, "joined at the hip".

Also, great point about power attracting the corrupted/corruptable. I too would like to see this trend reversed as well, but I fear that those in power have all the tools needed to maintain and increase their power over those who let them assume this position (think "Manufacturing Consent" by Chomsky).
