@TheLatinoNation Look up Title 8 Section 1325 of the US code and you will see that entering the US illegally is a "Federal Crime". The reason the first offense is a misdmeanor is so that the criminal can be fined and deported. The second offense is a felony so the asswipe will be incarcerated and then deported. Get the message LatinoNuthead, if you come to America illegally you are not wanted here. It's no one but yourselve's fault that your own countries are such shitty places to live.
