@jancello I didn't mean for you to take his place. I just personally think that the band sounds better with four cellos. You really are a good cellist. Since nobody Antero and Max don't want to get back to the band, why not let you join them. You are not like the other people who learn to play cello for just one day and want to join the band. Besides, I think that you will get along with them really well. When your dream comes true, I will be happy as well. =)

This is great! I'm glad I'm not the only metal cellist! Me and my buddy do this stuff. We've wrote songs and all. We both have realists. I feed to a line 6 spider II. It doesn't handle it with distortion that great but it's still fun. Keep rocking!,:)

@johnniemos : You can use a vibration cell like AKG's C411 or a microphone like DPA's 4099C, or a pickup like Schertler Stat. Check my "metal cello 2" for more info.

how much did this babe(refering to the cello) cost you mate?

@johnniemos : It costed me nothing, it belongs to my grandfather. But it costs 10000 euros (bows not included). My other cello (electroacoustic) costed 1600 euros.
