It's actually a bunch of different trails... South Burma, Middle Steve's, Spring Creek and others. Not in any order of course.

Which model is this, Hero 3? Hero 5? Narrow lens (54degree), right?

I guess it is the Hero 3... I know its an older one with the narrow field of view. This camera works well for snorkeling but a wider field of view would be better for mtn. biking for sure.
