I saw this screen on local MVS arcade cabinets, but on my NEOGEO emulator, it only shows the 330 MEGA screen on pre-1998 games (along with Blazing Star and Metal Slug 2). For some reason, my emulator jumps the startup to the attract screen when beginning a game released 1998 and onward (i.e. King of Fighters '98-2003 and SVC CHAOS). Maybe the BIOS file had the GIGA POWER thingy missing.
I may be wrong, but doesn't "GIGA POWER PRO-GEAR SPEC" show up when using a cartridge with 716 Mbits memory on it? The 330 Mbit load screen said MAX "330 MEGA PRO-GEAR SPEC"
