How bad was it swapping out all the parts underneath? It's one thing to take off layers of plastic, it's quite another to move all the wiring. I'm looking to replace my space shuttle playfield, but I'd almost rather just get the vinyl cutout and lay it over my existing wooden playfield so I don't have to move everything underneath.

Nice job you did great! You should have clear coated the playfield before doing the swap. Be sure to use a playfield wax like Mills wax so it will not get those cracks!!
