أتحنو عليك قلوب الورى
إذا دمع عينيك يوماً جرى
وهل ترحم الحمل المستضام
ذئاب الفلا وأسود الشرى ؟

وماذا ينال الضعيف الذليل
سوى أن يحقّر أو يُزدرى؟
فكن يابس العود صُلب القناة
قويّ المراس متين العرى
ولا تتذلل ببغي البغاة
وكن كاسراً قبل أن تكسرا

إذا كنت ترجو كبار الأمور
فأعدد لها همّة أكبرا
طريق العلا أبداً للأمام
فويحك هل ترجع القهقرى

not only americans are responsible but we muslims especially arabs who with their resources could crunch Americans but they prefer to be their friends as they are mostly illitrate and are psychologicaly depend on the Americans for their life to make it more comfortable. if they would stop spending money on their perfumes for one day, 20 million people suffering from hunger could have food. my comments are not for all Arabs but most of them . Exclusions are every where

@zobielamouche1 in the late ottoman time a couple of nations were heading for independence. but none of these movements is comparable with zionism, as these national movements were rooted IN the territory in question. none of these movements had a colonial character, with displacements scheduled.

the ottoman rule was not the best for palestine and it's population (which was very diversificated, there were arab speaking moslems and christians, some of them beduins, druzes, circassians, armenians, persian baha'i, german templer, greeks,...) but still it was better than the zionist occuption. jews didn't count more than 1% in palestine before the zionist immigration waves from eastern europe began at the end of the 19th century, even if you include groups like the samaritans.
