When you did those crosscuts with the miter bar, I bet the pieces you cut shot out like a bastard! I notice you didn't show that, but I saw you picking them up off the floor. :o) I usually clamp a 1" spacer against the fence and set the fence 1" bigger than my cut. The spacer doesn't go the whole length of the fence...just like 2 or 3 inches worth.

It's only a half back closure, don't think it needs anymore porting. I am happy with the beefy sound, it fits the blues/rock music I play.
Although this sits unused, I picked up a Vox AC50.

3/4" birch plywood. Tone is very beefy with the celestion rocket 30s.
