My way of seeing it: In a past life, The dark haired girl was deeply in love with a man. But he broke up with her through the cellphone. She finds him with another girl and when the girl is gone , she is consumed by jealousy and hatred and chokes the boy to death. Realizing what she down, she quickly takes her own life to sorta repay for killing him. Reborn because of her sins with killing the man and herself, the pig tailed girl soon gets all her memories back and tries to find a way to repent.

このＰＶを見ると個人的ですがこう推測してしまいます 黒髪の子は付き合っている彼氏とは電話が繋がらない それは彼氏が浮気していることが分かった そして彼女は狂い、彼氏の首を絞める 苦しむ彼氏は彼女を突き飛ばした 突き飛ばされた彼女はちょうど来た電車にひかれ死んでしまう しかし、黒髪の子はくやしく主人公（白髪の子）に乗り移る そこは「またどうかどうか愛を」で表現されていると思う そしてまた同じパターンで首をしめる しかし、白髪の子はおかしいと気づき、首を絞めるのをやめる そして白髪の子は黒髪の子にこう言う 「１人を燐れに歩めや少女」

@dinobublz Isn't it self-explantory? They are one person-- Blackhair is Pigtails, but Pigtails had forgotten the hate for the man inside of her (Blackhair), so they weren't the same anymore. But after he was caught cheating, Pigtails came back the Blackhair, and they both hated him again.

この曲を推測してみました。（個人的に）

付き合っていた彼が浮気をしていることを知った。

彼女は狂い、彼の首をつかみ、殺してしまった。

それから何年もたったが、彼の愛がほしいと過去に戻ろうとする。

でも、「もう大人になってしまった」彼女。

彼女はこれからの人生、彼のぶんまでちゃんと生きていこうと考え­た。

つまり、彼を殺してしまった黒髪の少女は過去の自分。

ふたつ縛りの少女は大人になった自分。

こういうことではないでしょうか・・・。

This is was I understand: The pigtails girl & blackhair girl are the same person. The two hated the boy for a longtime, but eventually the Pigtails half fell in love with him, leaving Blackhair behind. When Pigtails caught him cheating, Blackhair and Pigtails became the same person again, out for revenge. But Pigtails still loved him inside, so thats where the 'phone' part came in. They kill him in the end, but the Pigtails half regreted it afterward, and killed herself.
