Very nice playing. Musical. Smooth out the triplets and just watch the key signature and it should sound even more beautiful than it does now. Also around 50 seconds in the video, check the arrangement, the harmony sounds wrong there.

If you fix the triplets (rhythm is wrong)and slow it down a bit, it should sound great :)

The opening right hand notes are triplets. You are playing wrong rhythm.

I'm sorry, sweetheart, but this sound horrible. It should be played faster and the triplets should be played more homogenically. There is nothing wrong with your hands, though.
Just practice more, let go of the pedal for once and you'll learn how to play it.
