Here is a fairly standard tune called Flowers of Edinburgh. I add Temperance Reel on the end, as suggested on Song A Week. Played on a Collings MT.

  • Do you have the tabs for this song? I just added mandolin to my list of instruments about a week ago. This sounds like a good song to learn.

  • @zigZag776 Hello ZZ. I don't have tab for this, as I usually learn from music notation, or by ear when I must. If you don't read music, it's a good skill to learn. What other instruments do you play?

  • Beautiful tune. What is the cost of the mandolin that you play. It sounds awesome. I am a beginner from India

  • @TheMANDOLINLOVER Hello MandolinLover. I'm playing a Collings MT, their basic model, but, IMHO, the best sounding mandolin out of all that I tried, including some over $3000. The MT isn't real cheap, though, about $2200. But worth the couple of years I saved for it.

  • @CelticMandoDude I play guitar, trombone, and piano. It's okay you don't have the tab. I want to learn some songs so I know more than chords. lol
