I've been lifting for one year now, and I currently have a 1RM of 375ls in the deadlift
I really want to increase my lifts, mostly deadlift because I find that the most important for strength, , so I want to start cycle training, starting at say 200lbs for deadlift and increasing it every workout, until i reach a new max, and start over. and I am going to be doing this 3x a week.
what are your thoughts on it? I would love any output you have because you seem very experienced

I love how he deadlifts it like a Clean. I mean I know that's the point but it's awesome. OLY shoes and all.

@uggy12345 Keep doing the hook grip and it will feel better with time. You can not get accustomed to something in only 2 weeks. Come back in a few months.

Broz, any tips on increasing grip strength to be able to use a double overhand grip with such a big weight? Or, any tips on how to get used to the hook grip?
My thumbs have been hating me for the past two weeks because I've been using the hook grip.
