@turntapzap - Yes, it's his "crazy half-brother" who, according to Owl Eyes, lives in Mad Mazoola's Pass.

@turntapzap - he was chasing Jack in a five-armed mechanical demon, but it fell in a hole. Jack watches Dr. Mezula crawl out of a door in the belly, and at first he thinks it's Mad Marlon Mezula, the alchemist, but he finds out differently.

I have the whole cassette series from Dreams of Rio...It's one of my favorite Flander's sagas. Also ...Morroco

It's from "Dreams of Rio", and it's Carmen being possessed by the snake-woman (who never paid her taxi fare, as far as I'm aware!), and whom Jack summoned by placing the stone eyes from the turtles into the crystal skull!
