Sort of, but not really, now when I say this I mean that Discord has no limits he can do anything whereas Q could, but the council won't let him, so I'm thinking Discord would be superior in power because he's so far as we know the only one like him and there's no set rules of what he can and can't do.

Honestly, it's a good question. Even as a fan of the show, I'm not really sure how to answer that. Personally, I watched the first episode b/c I was dared to and ended up liking it. Yeah, the premise and target audience are something to get over, but past that, it's a well-written, well-performed, and well-animated show.
