@TheCarolynMusic True dat.....This was a great lesson in UNITY!! No matter what the race is we all want HUMAN RIGHTS Like Housing Food ect.... The guards at this prison thought their system of Racial division within the prison system was UNBREAKABLE and never thought these "ignorant prisoners" would work together,,Their worried this POSITIVE and peacefull strike will spread to other prisons,,This is really a perfect example of how "THEY" don't want to see US UNITE all they want us to do is FIte

Georgia prisons are cruel and inhuman. Then Commissioner Wayne Gardner took out education, fired all the teachers, coaches, etc. The guards beat inmates for no reasons. Rehabilitation is a joke. all prison teaches us is to better criminals. Food is horrible, Medical coverage/ A FUC**NG joke. Without the prisoners the entire state goverment would shutdown. Violations to almost all the cinstitutional ammendments.

They're getting punished for doing something bad.
They do not deserve any rights, whatsoever.
-
Why don't we just let them all go while were at it....
-
oh hell no! fuck them murderers! give em the gas chambers!

actually you have chain gains, some of them chopp trees and alot of the products we use are made in prisons. the prison system is suppose to rehabilitate to eliminate crime. but it instead exploit people violating there rights for slave labor which is wrong. thats why we will continue to have the highest crime rate of all the civilized nations of the world and its all for profit. very shameful

Thank you for this information. Without your efforts, I doubt it would have come to my attention.
I find it horrifying yet expected that this country, which has the world's highest incarceration rate, would systematically try to suppress this news. Then again, such a protest would cut into the massive profits of the prison industry. Talk about moral bankruptcy.
They seemed like reasonable demands.

ALL of the U.S. needs to rise up and demand better. Not just the prisoners! We need serious rebellion in this country.
