My high school was throwing away this computer back in 2008, so I took it off their hands. Originally it had Windows 98SE on it with Novell Client and other school software. I was surprised to find a PCI audio card on this instead of integrated audio. On first boot it was obvious this system was from the music department, probably why its in such good shape. I managed to find a spare 128MB RAM stick that worked in it, so now its up to 256MB. I also wiped the harddrive and installed Windows 2000 on it.
For Specs:
Intel Pentium 3 ~660 Mhz
8GB IDE Harddrive
256MB RAM
48x CD-ROM
Integrated Graphics Card w/32MB Shared Memory
It was manufactured in June of 2000 according to the inside of the case, which makes sense because I remember coming to school in the fall of 2000 and we had a bunch of these brand new. Im not sure why they didnt get these with 2000 preinstalled since it was out at that time, but there was a bunch of Windows 95 systems around, and the version of Novell at that time was made for 9x only so thats probably why it had 98SE on it.
PCI Sound Card
found 2 of these in my school today

@trevormeuse16 Abandonware is not a legal term, copyrights last ~70 years so technically its illegal to pirate any MS software no matter how old. But Microsoft is going to spend most of their time going after people pirating Windows 7, Office 2010, not old versions of Windows.

@spunker88 according to MS any software no matter unsupported or not being made, is not considered abandonware, but they dont care what you do really
