  • I know you receive comments like this one all the time, but I believe in giving credit where its due. After a long struggle job searching, I finally got my dream job and your videos without doubt played a huge part in my success in the interview. I'm leaving this comment on this page because I believe the advice in this particular video helped me most. Thanks so much Brian!

  • @jleft21 - congrats on your new job! I'm glad to hear that the videos were of help to you in your job search.

  • Hi Brian, I have watched lots of your videos and have gotten great help from them. I wanted to find more about you and see the comprehensive list of the videos and tips, but your website doesn't seem to be very user-friendly in those respect. I was a little lost in your website, as I wasn't sure what the purpose/function of this website was offering, although it seems like it could be a great resource for many people. Just wanted to throw it out there.

  • @rrongu88 - I am no longer directly involved in CollegeGrad, so it is no longer my site. The new owners have made changes to the site. I'm sorry it doesn't work well for you.

  • Brian, thank you for all these great vids! I was wondering for every question should you give an example to back up your answer or should you only give an example if the interviewer asks for it? Thank you!

  • @i8naruto - best approach is to always use an example to back up your statements. If you feel that the interviewer is looking for a shorter answer, you can simply pause at the end of your initial answer before giving your example to give the interviewer the opportunity to interrupt. However, if they are a behavioral interviewer, their next question will likely be: "Can you give me an example of that?"
