Montage taken in Aug 2004 on Holy Island, off the West Coast of Scotland near Arran. Once the home of St Molaise, it was acquired by the Kagyu Samye Ling Tibetan Buddhists in the early 1990s. It is now a retreat centre, and is open to the public.

I had the pleasure to live on this wonderful island for a year as a monk and will never forget the experience. Totally worth a visit!
