Everyone has a Dream PC in their minds whether it is an ultra high end, money is no object system that features the best that money can buy, or a sub 1K gaming system. That's what CyberPower strived to provide -- by letting customers create the PC of their dreams be it 1k, 5k, or 10k.

While it is easy to configure a dream PC with an unlimited budget, the reality for the majority is that isn't the case. We have to choose the components we want in our systems wisely due to our budget constraints. We think about what will be the purpose of the system - whether it is for school, work, or gaming. We make our choices based on these factors. And this is where we would like your help.

Announcing, the "CyberPower Create the PC of Your Dreams Youtube Contest." The stipulation is similar to what most consumers shopping for a PC will go through -- piece together a PC with a budget, a $1500 budget. So what dream PC will you come up with?

The Contest:

We're looking to see what kind of system you can configure with a maximum budget of $1500 on our website, www.cyberpowerpc.com. From Six-Core processor with Kingston HyperX Memory to dual-core systems with SLI or Crossfire, you can go crazy with your configurations; we simply just ask you justify your selections.

The Video:
For the contest, we're asking you not only come up with a $1500 dream PC configuration, but to also create a video to describe your concoction. Here are some guidelines for what should be included in the video:

First of all, describe the PC you configured and what is its purpose? Gaming? Work?
Describe the parts you chose -- CPU, Video Card, Motherboard, etc... Also describe what you would have upgraded if given an extra $500 to spend. Throw in any additional information or commentary that you like. 

Rules and how to enter:

1) Visit our website, www.cyberpowerpc.com, and configure a system under $1500
2) Create a video describing the purpose of your dream PC, why you chose the parts, and any additional commentary and recommendations.
3) Create a Youtube channel and upload your video
4) Submit the link to your video in an email to contest@cyberpowerpc.com with the subject "Dream PC Youtube Contest"
5) The youtube video that receives the most "likes" will be the first place winner. The video with the most views will earn second place.

Prizes:
1st place prize will receive a complete brand new system which he or she configured for the Dream PC video.
2nd place prize will receive a Nvidia GTX 460 SE

Other information on the contest:
The official contest period will run for a total of 31 days, beginning December 17th, 2010 and ending January 17th, 2011. Videos uploaded to Youtube for the contest must be during the "contest period." Any videos submitted before or after the dates listed will not qualify.

Terms & Conditions:
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. This contest is open to all legal U.S. and Canadian residents age 18 or older. Employees, directors, officers, contractors, or any personnel affiliated with the companies involved in the contest including their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible. Entries are limited to one (1) per person. Contest winner will be determined based on the highest number of "likes" on the Youtube video. A second prize will be awarded to the entry with the most views associated with the Youtube video. All prizing are listed in details per the "Prizes" section. Winners will forfeit their prize if s/he fails to contact CyberPower within the 14 day period.

My computer has been finished but they r waiting another week to send it... If your finished building it and done with your quality test controls why not ship it early? It will make people more happy.
