@NaDopros how could they be in violation of a law for a nation to which they did not belong? Utah was not made a state until 1896. Furthermore, those laws were unjust because they specifically targetted Mormons. Just food for thought.

@dleechristy you forgot, add convicted con-man daniel and all convicted con-man prophets of old and convicted con-man peter and apostles, and all convicted early christianity saints and you get christianity as we know it... rather than calling you a con-man misleading people, i would call you an ignorant on theology. you don't know what you are talking about. every wise and learnt man, faithful to truth and knowledge, after having learnt about mormonism, ustnds it stands for a greater purpose.

@24polert Christian- A person who has received Christian baptism or is a believer in Jesus Christ and his teachings. Its called the Church of Jesus Christ of Ladder day saints. We believe in in all of Christ teachings (and we do not think jesus is an alien) The book of Mormon is just another testamate of Christ. Mormons are also baptized in his name! You should really read and research things before you state something and not listen to the liberal media

@certainlytruthful That's ridiculous. You could make the same claim of any religious affiliation, and so far there's never been a president who claimed to be atheist. Don't kid yourself. There is no religion less crazy than mormonism. They're all nuts, but so far it hasn't been a terrible issue. There's no reason to think it would be with a mormon.

@TrickTrolan - That was a purposeful Trojan horse - Morman leadership are not stupid. They know if they called it ""Taoism" it would sound foreign to the dominant christian culture and it would be impossible to FOOL christians.
In the 70's and 80's they began to put "Jesus" into subtitles of their books etc.
Old Testamant = Jewish, ass the New - Christian. Add the Koran - Muslim, Add the "Book of Mormon" written by the New York convicted con-man, and "prophet", Joe Smith and you get Mormonism
