    It's not about running out of material. His shtick is just getting old and overdone. Look at Jeff Dunham. He milked his comedy central fame to the last drop and is now pretty disliked in the comedy world. We've heard Leno's same delivery for so many years, it's annoying and trope-y to our ears.
