  • This, is the best video. I can not stop stop screaming at my lungs and the bag of tender, delicous ruffles light chips.

Thank you for the delicous kitten chowder melt

  • Chester Cheetah is attacking my mind... Damn Snowballs.

  • I know what you mean... The kinky ass diet is making me relize how many times i've woke up drunk in the back of my old aprtment complex inside of a snakes mind eating cornflakes and chowder... DAMN... those were the days.

  • Hey man, kudos to you for even trying P90X - it looks impossible! I told myself just the other day that if I ever try P90X, it won't be until I reach goal. I won't be able to do it before then, I feel. Keep it up!

  • Id re-evaluate your nutrition, and either add more calories, or more good carbs...or both. And possibly give yourself more recovery time.

I made both those mistakes in past attempts at the gym when I was less educated. Id eat 1000-1200 calories a day and then expect to be able to build muscle in the gym. Wasn't happening. It slowed recovery time for me and I simply didn't have the energy to build or strenthen muscle. I needed more calories.

    Hope the info helps.

  • good job Travis, i know how hard P90X is. My trainer says that that should be the only exercise DVD people should buy, the rest are crap! I buy them anyway :) Keep up the good work and I look foward to more videos!!!

  • keep your head up man! dont get down on yourself. like kda said, the first few weeks are gonna be hard. just make sure you get enough sleep, food, and drink a recovery drink after your workouts(1% chocolate milk works great)

    p.s. remember to pace yourself.
