V for Vendetta/ Phantom of the opera "Patron saint of liars

Arg! The actual making of this vid wasn't very difficult, and it came out very well, but as soon as I tried to actually publish it to my computer, my movie making program decided that it hated me. I took me forever to get it to work, and when it finally did, the end result had some discrepancies in the music-you can probably hear it, especially if you've heard the song before. So anyway, sorry about that. As to the video itself, it's a crossover vid of V for Vendetta and Phantom of the Opera, I'm thinking I'll do more of these in the future....well if my computer decides to stop hating me. Anyway, the song's "Patron saint of liars and fakes" by Fall Out Boy

Believe me, you won't be disappointed if you see it. It's an absolutely incredible movie. As far as being similar to POTO...well, not really, as far as story goes anyway, though if you consider V and Erik's characters, they're actually remarkably similar. So I'd say if you were a fangirl of Erik (guilty as charged as far as I'm concerned), you'd definitely fall in love with V.

IMO, in terms of characters and lairs, V4V and POTO are quite similar. But if we're talking about the plot and story, they are VERY different LOL. POTO centers on the romance, with the backstory of Erik's history; V4V centers on dystopia and V's plan of revenge and freedom, and the backstory...there are many, and one of them IS romance, but is rarely hinted. Either way, you call in love with both men! XD There are a few videos on here that compare the two movies.
