Once, in an old second hand shop, I saw an instrument I have never seen before. It had a viola type neck / head which went down to triangulated oblong box, out of the side came a large brass horn like on an old gramaphone. It only had one string - whats that called ??

I've played some of these crystal instruments on display in Paris (music schoool close to Parc de la Villette in 2000) They're awesome. You don't need any smoke to these instruments, just lie down and you're off.

Yeah,I've just found that out,too.Very trippy sound.A lie down on a beach with a good smoke would be ideal now!

this thhis the instrmemt that picture box was played on the kids tv programe with alan rothwell from the 1980s ive been looking in to this it has a sound like no other coments most welcome.
