Strange creepy voicemail message !!

I receieved a call from an "unknown" caller today so I did not answer but when I checked the voicemail this is the message that was left for me.... has anyone heard this before?

I have recorded it just as an audio file as well, it doesnt sound so distorted with the higher pitches so I will see what I can do with that, almost sounds like someone trying to say hi (over the growling) and then i hear a really clear "Hi" near the end..

It's just a prank people. I should know because i used to do it when i was young. Mostly, on my friends. If you stick to whatever beliefs you have then: If it's spiritual, PRAY. If it's a lunatic, then have a WEAPON prepared and close by at your usage when necessary. ALWAYS have a means for self defense inside your residence.

Good LORD... I see I have a lot of messages to send out... I'm having this voicemail issue with 3 different phones, 1 landline and 2 cell. There are people helping me look into this. There is anoter guy on here with the exact same voice as on yours. mThe voice on mmine is different. Hopefully we can get together and get towards the bottom of this. It has to be some kind of subliminal marketing mind control message. After listening to it I have the sudden urge to throw my Blackberry out the window and go get the iphone 5 no matter what the cost.

Does anyone have bill collectors phoning them cash money and money mart etc.?

on another video a woman commented on the fact that her roomate has a lot of those types of calls and thought that it was possibly linked somehow, maybe an overzealous employee who has access to the "money owed list" who knows but it's an interesting thought.
