  • Hi. I have a question. In a Frisbee game, what type of throws do you normally use? I know a couple of throws (flick, hammer, backhand, that's it,) but these other throws I see you demonstrate, do you think I need to learn them to become a pro Frisbee player?

  • @0gravity1994 The ones I use most are the forehand, backhand, hammer and lefty backhand. If the other team plays a lot of zone I will probably throw a few scoobers here and there.

  • i watched this video yesterday. i had a game today and tossed a 20 yard scoober for the game winning goal. everyone was in shock and awe. thanks for teaching me the scoober

  • New Summer Olympic sport, lets go.

  • @jrdx actually this is a common thing in teaching most of the sports, and usually tends to help people a lot more than confusing them, even though i understand your point. Usually it only get confusing when you watch a close up, or slow-motion video. In teaching tennis for example we always tell students to "follow through the ball and lead it into the direction we want it in". Obviously thats nonsense, as your movement after contact doesnt affect the ball at all. But it really helps them.

  • A Scoober Diver!!!

  • I have been watching a lot of your videos, but I have one question: is there a specific way to release the forehand throw? when I release, the disc tends to tap the knuckle of my thumb then wobble in the air a little. It doesn't really affect accuracy, but every now and then the disc dives to the side.

  • im in the navy seabees stationed in california, a big Florida Gators fan, and play with a bunch of friends out here. i enjoyed your videos and hope to improve my game tremidously. i was wondering how i get some of the Forida Gators Ultimate Frisbee shirts.

  • Scoober doober doo?

  • IMO the left to right scoober is almost useles. Better to throw a backhand there. What is great though is a right to left scoober, because that is the easiest imaginable break pass if you are forced backhand and the defender is standing on the left of the atacker, so the atacker has a easy time catching.

  • i hate winter in chicago.
