Of all the Presidents that have ever come to power in the US, Bush is the one that brought more legal power into the White House, and away from other institutions. Besides even without the Supreme Court... Chavez could never do anywhere near the kind of damage Bush has done! and that's true by any measure!

Bush is the lesser of two evils, but he is not as better, secret prisons? clouded reasons of invading Iraq, censorship of the real situation and death rate in Iraq, of course he has at least over him the Supreme Court and Congress... not like Chavez whom controls everything
