  • Is the music available?! Amazing.

  • @simplelife221 Thanks for your comment! We've had the arrangement in our stacks for years, so I don't know where we originally found it. It's from a collection titled "Beatles - Favorite Songs - vol. 1" (five Beatles songs for brass quintet) and it was arranged by Hans André Stamm.

I just did a quick Internet search, and there were several places that have it for sale. (YouTube doesn't permit posting URLs in comments, so I can't help you more.)

  • GREAT!! amazing arrangement, this is the best eleanor rigby's arrangement I've ever heard on youtube! Even better than some string quartet arrangements, (there are a couple of bad arrangements there on youtube). why do the audience laugh at 0:20?? I just don't understand. PLEASE do not clap untill the piece is over!!!!

  • Thanks for your kind comments. The arrangement is by Hans André Stamm. As I recall, the audience laughed because Denis (the trumpeter on the left) started to sort of dance around in his seat to the music. We generally enjoy it when our audiences react spontaneously, even if they make some noise. I actually think it makes them more attentive!
