  • @masterprogram Angry Piggy? Far from it, I was just explaining some of the laws that were brought in under the terrorism act which are erroding our freedom. Likewise with the stop and search laws which are passed and are used against peaceful protesters and at demonstrations.

It's all a part of own own version of the United States "PATRIOT Act", laws are brought in to tackle an apparent problem, terrorism, civil unrest but are seldom used for that reason.

  • FUCK THE PIG CUNTS! deserve it

  • @apbriggs07 counter terrorism? i don't know which terrorist would be stupid enough to record police upfront.... and i dont know how they would use it for 'the act of terrorism' ... really is a stupid law...

not going to stop anyone from recording police

i bet your an angry piggy?

  • @masterprogram Section 76 of the Counter Terrorism Act, which came into force in 2009, permits the arrest of anyone taking photographs of the police, the armed forces, or the intelligence services which are “likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism”.

  • The police are becoming more and more out of control! I read in the local paper today that they are now coming round and targeting people not paying fines... If they think you're in, they'll kick in your door! Then you either pay up on the door or you are arrested and threatened with prison!! Wtf is going on? How long are we going to accept this kind of behaviour?

  • @OOjiBoy Have you watched any of Jody McIntyre's videos on you tube, yes he does have a disability but he can put forward a very considered, coherent argument. He is clearly intelligent and a very successful activist, raising the importance of a number of serious issues.

  • @masterprogram Under the amendments of the Counter Terrorism Act 2008 it is now an offence to elicit or attempt to elicit information relating members of armed forces, a member of the intelligence services, or a police officer. I was highlighting the ridiculous acts and laws which have been passed under the guise of countering terrorism.

  • @apbriggs07 No you fucking twat.

police are civil servants you can record them legally with or without consent.

police are cunts and people like jody have every right to use it for evidence

  • @charlieiscool1000 Or is it a politics degree you"re going to leave university with and get job offers from... well fucking nobody ,actually.

  • Fuck off grammar nazi twat.

  • @charlieiscool1000 With your fantastic spelling you must be wasting tax payer"s money studying for an English degree.

  • MY NNNAMES JJ JJJODY , MM MY MMUM SAYS i'M SPESHUL

    Dribble, Dribble ................ MLAAARR

  • Arm yourselves and respond to any police approach with lethal force or this will happen to you too.

Just like with the nazis, a good one is a dead one.

  • what is actually wrong with wheeling him away, do they have to drag him even though he can't move without his wheelchair

  • fkn bastards....

  • looks like a music festival

  • glad somone shouted Fucking cunt" what a terrible sick thing too happen they had no need to do that as much as i respectt the police and the work they do these officers were abusing there powers and need to be sacked or taken too court

  • wow

  • It's actually an offence to film or take photographs of the police without their consent.

The police started using video cameras to film and take photographs of those involved in legal demonstrations. Clearly the protesters are now also using the same tactics against the police.

  • @drcarnage83 That's a first!

  • @TheRuthieeeeee Yes, the man himself did: Officer KF936

  • I cannot believe the way in which Ben Brown was accusing Jody McIntyrne of in some way instigating this attack tonight on BBC News. As Mr McIntyrne rightfully articulated during the interview his line of questioning is fundamentally flawed and clearly demonstrates his own prejudices and lack of empathy towards Jody's situation and physical handicap. Shame on you Ben Brown this is unacceptable behaviour and I will be making a formal complaint because of it.

P.S Hope you get the sack

  • @ReunitePeace777 There is a defining difference between defence and offence and, what you describe falls in the latter. In fact you are very much arguing my case for me so I actually can't see the point of your arguing with me other than to be a troll.

  • A policeman standing up to another policeman? You don't see that very often generally they follow their corrupt Satanic orders and watch a disabled person, GET BEATEN?!

This is worse than the Taliban!!! AND! HItler never did something like that, yet he's practically the biggest terrorist in history!!!
