@xXxYuriGirlxXx the father DOES show himself. He has given speeches to the HRC & various other places. How DARE you say that about him ? His son was murdered ! He didn't ASK to be forced into the spotlight. How many other parent's of murder victims become public speakers ? We are lucky to have their support. They give it because they believe in equality. We should be thankful for the time they give to our cause - we should not just expect them to do it. How much have you done ?

She gives a wonderful speech. She is so right. If you want equal rights then you need to start pestering your elected officials until they listen to you.

I respect this lady so much. She is pure class. I love to see her speak. She is a true friend to the gay community and she is an excellent example of how a mother has unconditional love for her child. If all parents had such unconditional love for their children we wouldn't be needing marches such as this.
