As a foot doctor in Sarasota, Florida I am often asked, "what is a good stretch to help with my heel pain?" There are many stretches that are available, but this is a simple, safe, effective stretch. I ask patients to do this 3 times a day. Once in the morning, around lunch and then agian before bedtime. Stretching is only part of a treatment plan for heel pain. If you have sharp, stabbing pain in your heels you should consult a podiatrist (foot doctor) in your area.
