  • It is a Urethane based paint, but it is base coat clear coat.

  • is an etch primer necessary for bare metal? i've heard you can get the same results with an epoxy primer

  • I wish i got to paint fun stuff like this old car, and if you haven't of thought of it, and you dont really need it for this paint job, but run two hoses in your booth, one for the left side of the car and one for the right, keep them short, just long enough, so you dont have hose buckles and also, snap on has hoses that do not buckle, expensive, but wort it because my snap on hose has lasted me some 10 years already.
