@stolenidentity1 Geez, it seems that nobody understands this. The point is not asking for likes, the point is that he asks us to give him more than 500 likes for him to post another video. I don't see anything wrong in asking us to like this video if we liked this video. Anyway, I think he made pretty clear that he didnt do it with a bad intention. It's not a big deal.

No, a lot of people don;t click the likes even if they did "like" it, most casual youtube viewers don't understand the importance of it. Helping people remember to hit it isn't a crime.
