Just got back from London where I saw, "MIllion Dollar Quartet." It's about the friendship and comingling of the careers of Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins, and Jerry Lee Lewis. They were all different and brilliant!

I have been and will always be a Johnn Cash fan. He is one of the best singers I have ever known and I am not saying this just because my Mom is his cousin either.

@marrtinna I totally agree with you. They were both great at what they sang. They both have their own way of singing and no one should compare them or anyone else for that matter. If everyone was the same this world would be boring.

So true DeathRowSkater!
This doesn't do it for me, but listening to Elvis is like going directly to Heaven.

Johnny and Elvis are both Super Legends, whose music will well out-live anyone alive today. I like Johnny's version, (one of my favorites), but I must say that I perfer Elvis's version of this song. There's some song's where I think Johnny's voice is more suited than Elvis's. They both rank #1, in my book, over-all! :c)
I hate when someone compares artists like Elvis Presley and Johnny Cash. They were both just great, but different. And they liked eachother. each one is great in his own way.
