Tutorial Severe Burn SFX

A 10 minute instructional on how to create a severe burn special effect on your hand. I'd love to see what other people can do with this easy tutorial! Happy Halloween!
*You can buy spirit gum at any theatrical shop, W&Lm&rt, and at most dollar stores. *Ben Nye brand carries a spray on make-up sealant, theatrical shops would carry this kind of thing. Update 12-Nov-09: If you skip the step where you apply the spirit gum to your skin to adhere the toilet paper, you will have an easier time tearing the holes into it.

@daniel22x i actually wanted to put together a really neat one involving "creepy skin" fake skin, but time ran short and all i have to show for it are a series of pictures. I might do a slide show soon with them. :) keep checking back! and thanks!

I do not envy you...taking all that spirit gum off is a bitch. I find it easier to use liquid medical adhesive.

before the slime step, another thing you can do is add some white to the very middle of the open wound, then just add the vasseline. it makes the wound look ALOT more irritated.
