In order to download it you must register up for the site. Its not that a big deal so just register and youa re good to go. -OR IF YOU CAN'T DOWNLOAD IT-

-----How do i play this now?-----

Here are the steps you need to know in order to paly this hack.

1) Open your ruby rom
2) extract your ruby rom on your desktop.
3) put the downloaded hack in that extracted folder.
4) RIGHT CLICK on the thing that says Pokemon Ruby # GBA (in the extracted folder of course)
5) click rename and then right click on the name and select copy
6) now right click on the hack and chose rename
7) now this is the most important part. delete everything before the .ips (so you dont delete the dot there
8) now right click BEFORE the .ips and chose paste
9) now open your VBA and go to file
10) then chose OPEN and NOT OPEN GAMEBOY
11) go to that extracted folder and chose the rom inside it.
12) the hack should start playing
13) HAVE FUN!
