@RedTanyaa It is not horrible. Those men are doing nothing wrong. They are screaming yeah so they can prick their ears forward and look pretty. They are not heartless. Read what i read above and stop being illeterate because its starting to piss me off how people like you just naturally assume its abuse.

@silverfoxraven94 its not unnatural. The pads just help the horse. It's like human using weights to gain muscle. and they don't cut the tail. They cut a tendon which helps relax the tail. and bracing does not hurt the horse all. its not abuse because if it was we would be in trouble. And its not prancing. Its called a show trot. Please look up your information before you go accusing people of stuff they don't do

@TheLionCub808 There is nothing wrong with the natural build of the horse. It can jump like any other horse, and it is gaited so it is actually really smooth to ride. However, I definitely dont like how the owner broke it's tail so it would stand up like that, and I don't like how they put weights on it's feet so it would pick them up. It looks and is very unnatural for the horse to prance in that way and I believe it is abuse, all for the sake of show. Blame the human, not the horse.

i sorry but how can ue ride sumfing with a neck tht short and a back tht long tht goes around with its tail in a brace and with its knee action being tht high they look horrible to sit on and they dont really look ryt but thts probaly all ue do on those horses

but do they jump coz it dosnt look lyk theyv been thought to

@kimmerkm These horses still have their tails, dont worry. They also have full function of their tails aswell. What keeps their tails up like that is called a brace. It cradles the tail up like that and then the tail falls over the top of the brace. Saddlebreds have very flexible tails like Arabs so there is no pain to the brace or anything. I hope this clears things up. =) -Melina

Ya I wondered about the tail as well. Horses actually can't hold their tails straight up in the air like that. How do they do this? I sure hope they weren't so cruel as to break them and cut them off. Horses should have tails!!

why are their tails so stiff? It's like they can't swish their tailes or even relax them. it's cool to watch...but the tail thing is distracting.
